Our Story

When we started Rentway in 2017, we had 17 excavators, a lot of industry experience, and a pretty clear idea of the kind of company we wanted to build.

The goal was never to be just another equipment rental company. We wanted to build a business customers could actually rely on - especially when the job was difficult, the timing was tight, or something simply had to get done.

Then COVID happened. While much of the market slowed down, we made a decision that felt a little crazy at the time: we kept investing in equipment. It was a bold move, but it paid off. That decision helped us expand our fleet, keep growing, and become the company Rentway is today.

But if you ask us what we are most proud of, it is not just the machines. A lot of the people who joined Rentway in the early years are still here. That matters. Good equipment is important, but good people are the reason a company really works.

One of our largest customers once told us:

“When a project is critical and downtime isn’t an option, we choose Rentway.”

We could probably put that on a wall somewhere. But more importantly, it is the kind of trust we want to keep earning.

Now we are bringing our experience to the U.S.

New market? Yes.

New to equipment rental? Definitely not.

We are building a local team, bringing years of experience in rental, sales, service, and repair, and taking the same approach that helped us grow in Europe: invest for the long term, stand behind the equipment, and be there when customers need us.

That is Rentway.
