Rental Terms and Conditions

The terms that govern every rental from Rentway NH Inc are provided directly to customers rather than published on this website.

Where to find them

In your account

Once you register with Rentway NH Inc, the current terms are available any time you log in. They remain in your account whether or not you have a signed agreement with us, so you can review them before, during, or after a rental.

By email

If you are not registered yet, or would simply like a copy now, email us at info.nh@rentway.net and we will send them to you. You do not need an account or an active rental to request a copy.

With your rental

A copy is provided with your rental documents, and a printed copy is available on request.

What you will find

Part A - Equipment Rental Terms and Conditions

The main terms that apply to every rental, including the rental period and return, rates and charges, responsibility for loss and damage, use of the equipment, insurance, indemnity, limitation of liability, and default.

Part B - Rental Protection Plan (RPP) Terms

The optional damage waiver, including what it covers, what it does not cover, the conditions that must be met, and the applicable fee.

Part C - Renter's Insurance Requirements

The coverage you must carry, the required limits, and the exact certificate wording to provide to your insurance agent.

Which version applies

The version of the terms in force at the time of each rental or sale applies to that transaction. The current version is always the one available in your account.
